Shipping and returns

Shipping costs €4.90 per order, delivered within 10 working days after payment is confirmed, to France and other European countries (Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Monaco). Switzerland is outside the European Union: any customs duties and import taxes are at your expense.

You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, online (“Withdraw from contract here”, also at the bottom of every page) or by email; return shipping is at your expense (see the terms of sale).

Exception: an item personalised at your request (name, number) is not covered by the right of withdrawal (Article L.221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code). The statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects still apply.

Card payment on a secure Stripe page.
